5 MINUTE CHICKEN STIR FRY
PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINS
COOKING TIME: 5 MINS
- 1 Diced Chicken Breast
- 2 Heaped cups of Fresh Mixed Veggies
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
- Chilli Flakes
- 1 Cup cooked Brown Rice
- Salt & Pepper to tate
Combine oil, garlic and chilli to chicken and stir fry together.
Cook Diced Chicken
Place mixed veggies in pan and cover until cooked, about 5 minutes.
When veggies are cooked, top with lemon juice.
Serve on rice if desired. Add salt & pepper to taste.
TIME SAVING TIP: Want to shave off even more time? Try using frozen vegetables, ready to microwave rice or a jar of minced garlic.
