5 Minute Chicken Stir Fry

COOKING TIME: 5 MINS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Diced Chicken Breast
  • 2 Heaped cups of Fresh Mixed Veggies
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
  • Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Cup cooked Brown Rice
  • Salt & Pepper to tate

METHOD:

  1. Combine oil,  garlic and chilli to chicken and stir fry together.

  2. Cook Diced Chicken

  3. Place mixed veggies in pan and cover until cooked, about 5 minutes.

  4. When veggies are cooked, top with lemon juice.

  5. Serve on rice if desired. Add salt & pepper to taste.

TIME SAVING TIP: Want to shave off even more time? Try using frozen vegetables, ready to microwave rice or a jar of minced garlic.
