COCONUT & CACAO PROTEIN BALLS

- 6 dates
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 3/4 cup protein power
- 3 tablespoons of nut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut to coat balls
Process all ingredients except the coconut oil in a food processor until the mixture comes together. Add the coconut oil and process again.
Once combined, roll batter into balls and roll in the shredded coconut until protein balls are coated.
Keep them in the fridge til you’re ready to enjoy them at a later date!
