His body transformation philosophy centres around a holistic view of the human body, and the balancing of all elements of human health - including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

His belief is that it is in identifying and correcting any inherent imbalances in the clients lifestyle, as well as setting goals in alignment with their inner core values, that is absolutely crucial in structuring a training & lifestyle plan that complements their individual lifestyle to attain optimal results.

By combining a functional medicine approach to health along with strength training, intelligent program design and nutritional planning, he has developed his own signature style of training that is not only unique, but guarantees results!
